"I just had Leroy Sexton, Field Supervisor at my home for an air-conditioner tune-up. He was outstanding. He's a real professional. He pulled up to the house prior to calling me. I had the garage door open so I saw him arrive. I introduced myself to him and showed him where the unit, the furnace and the thermostat were located. He proceeded to do the job very thoroughly. He put forth more effort and concern than the average thechnician normally affords a service call. He then came in and checked and cleaned the inside components. I am delighted with his workmanship and his attitude. He will be back as the need arise for both cooling and heating service. He was on time which also is indicative of a person and firm that cares.
